This tattoo picture is a 18 year old Belgian women who first claimed she fell asleep while her Flemish speaking tattoo artist mistakenly tattooed 56 stars instead of the 3 star tattoos she asked for. Later she admitted that she wanted the tattoo but came up with the story when her father became angry after seeing the tattoo.
